continued from previous entry for 06 JUL 2019 install the pitot lines install the pitot tube top front center - looks ok install static port inside nose cone on front tray - hope this is ok stop on this - ordered wrong size hose barbs for altimeter - order correct ones and stop on this
replace hobbs meter that had a cracked face glass. Old one showed 2.1 hours. Restart at zero.
install AOA system - fabricate a mount to go midway down on the left landing gear - no good way to run the double vinyl hose through one of the frame tubes up to the wings, and that would be many many feet of heavy tubing anyway. This setup has the entire AOA system on the fuselage so wings can come on and off without replumbing and re-testing AOA.
Re-route flaps wire to throttle. Run flaps power wire to throttle. Design decision to keep flaps switch off the stick so it does not get accidentally actuated during challenging conditions.
