Brief Description: Finish the fuel system. Finish the starter cable.
Replaced the fuel pressure regulator brass bushings with NIB AN bushings. Replaced most screw-type hose clamps with doubled Oetiker single-ear clamps. Fabricated the front three-inch piece of the horizontal firewall and made the permanent fuel line firewall penetration through it. Replaced the 10 micron fuel filter. Bent the factory-issued one by cranking down too hard on the hose clamp last week. Also got one that has genuine 3/8 inch hose barbs instead of smaller metric barbs that require too much hose clamp work to get sealed. This is the high-pressure side. Fuel system is finished.
Ground test with the 2-blade prop. Keep RPMs down b/c of damaged blade #3. Verify no leaks. Fuel system is finished.
Get ship on shore power. Batteries are good, but that rig needed to be tested. Fixed the reversed plug on the one-to-two adapter cord. Leave both batteries charging overnight.
Ran the starter cable through its permanent routing, with a good solid firewall penetration.
Mount the avionics bus. Start reading ELT installation manual and figuring out where the ELT and its antenna are going,
