Continued work on engine cowling. The cowling requires a lot of installing and removing to get a good fit and to do a lot of fiberglass work. One of the things I found out is that the air inlet scoop on the bottom cowl contacts the mixture adjustment lever on the fuel servo. I will have to exchange the lever with Precision Airmotive.
I drove up to Marysville to exchange the lever with Precision Airmotive. They are very accommodating and are very good to deal with. They have an ongoing exchange for these levers for no cost to Van's builders.
