Brief Description: Forward Fuselage and Canopy Frame
Started work on the WD716 Canopy frame assembly. Attached the 702 canopy frame skin and the forward fuselage skin to work on a good alignment between both skins. Attempted some bending adjustment on the frame as suggested in the plans. The aft tube that crosses from side to side on the frame immediately "popped" and I saw a crack where the hinge bracket extension is welded to the tube. Not good.

Next day I took the canopy frame to my welder friend and he fixed the problem for me by repairing the break. Continued work on fitting the frame
