Disassembled HS skeleton, deburred #30 holes. Cut out and set up jig for HS assembly. Put left HS section together and ready to drill skin. Then, next session will be to disassemble (again), deburr, dimple, machine countersink everything and reassemble for riveting. When that has been successfully completed, I get to do the same thing on the right side HS. Is this fun, or what? I was satisfied that everything fit very well in today's work.
