I had my 3rd and final inspection from EAA inspector, Doug Drees. He found that my propeller bolts had the wrong washer under the bolt heads. I removed them while he was there and replace the washers with thinner ones to allow more thread penetration through the hub. Doug also suggested washers on both sides of 4 bolts that secure the forward VS to HS front spar. Van's does not have a call out for this, but it was thought that a washer over slotted holes would be beneficial. Took care of this also.
