I finished setting up all the ribs, and the leading edge ribs. I then started the riveting proces. Was a real pain to get the spar bolted to the Jig. Some of the bolts required a bit of sanding to go in.
After all the ribs were properly riveted, and clecoed the lower skin. I set up few brakets to hold the wires, and used some shrink tubing to wrap the wires. This not only protects the wires, but also makes it stiff enough not to sag.
