The prosealing of the TE was no easier than the task for the rudder TE, but there was less stress as I was familiar with the process this time. Bottom line is I really just dont like using proseal.
I used a 2oz sealant container from Aircraft Spruce. This was B-2 which gave me a lot more work time. It did both of the trailing edges and ribs ok. I clamped to aluminium channel rather than clecoing and got very good results. I am away for a couple of days, so it should be set by the time I return from work in Canberra.
