Brief Description: Skin Priming and Spray Painting
I spent a couple of hours this morning going back over the two skins that did not take well with a stronger solution of alodine. The result was an improvement on the original takeup, but I would have liked to see a better finish.
Having completed that task, I got the spray painting gear out and spray painted everything with the Stewarts EkoPrime one pack primer. This went very well with the exception of one part on a trim plate reinforcement sking which I will have to touch up. This time, I made sure that I was working in the shade. I had no problems with dry paint as experienced on the HS. The temperature was a lot lower on this occasion, so I am sure that this would have helped as well.
