Today I commenced and completed the alodining of the Spars and Tip ribs using my spar dunk tank. I was pretty pleased with he overall result. Initial task was to clean everything down with acetone then dunk into EkoEtch followed by Alodine treatment. The task was completed by about 2pm when storms hit the area.
Later in the evening, I commenced work on the skins. I was spraying using a couple of water spayers. I have to say the result was not very good on two of the skins. I will unfortunately have to redo them tomorrow before spray painting.
