This evening, I commenced and completed the alodining of all the smaller parts including shear clips, doublers, ribs and my additional static wick doublers. My selection criteria was that the parts had to be small enough to fit into my 20ltr storage buckets.
Initially I cleaned everything with acetone and then all the parts were dunked in both EkoEtch and Alodine. Havig got all the easy stuff out of the way, it is time now to do the harder spars tip ribs and skins.
