Brief Description:  Dimple Tips and countersink TE wedge - Then Static

The dimpling and countersinking tasks are straight forward, with the exception of the last 3 dimples in the E903 tip rib. There is very little space here, so again had to resort to the hand dimpler. To get that in, I had to bend the flange open. I will be looking at other options before I get into the ailerons and flaps.

The Static wicks are a bit more complex. for the static wick closest to the tip, the two mount points are:
1. In the tip rib using the second last rivet and
2. A separate nutplate that is mounted laterally at the end of the tip rib. There is very little space here, so my doubler is asymetric to ensure the load is spread over more than just the base of the nutplate.

The inner wick (12 inches inboard of the outer wick) has both nutplates on a single doubler and is a lot easier to construct. I drilled the 2 middle rivets and the screw hole doublers to #45 and then match drilled them in place to ensure that I had a good fit overall.

Having completed the doublers and drilling, I countersunk all the nutplates. It will be an interesting experience adding the nutplate to the rib given it is directly opposite the other rivet...
