Brief Description: Spar Flange Angles and Further Dimpling
The instructions indicat that you need to check the angle of the front and rear spar flanges to ensure that are at 84degrees and 96 degrees respectively. I wish I had measureed them before performing the dimpling. I spent quite a bit of time tryinng to get a uniform change from 83degrees to 84degrees. I am guessing it was 83 degrees before I started dimpling... Final job of the day was to dimple the shear clips and the ribs. I used my hand riveter to do them all as there was a risk of hitting the flange on the ribs. Having done this on the reinforcement palte, I was happy to avoid making the same mistake.
