Brief Description:  MC-236-B1(Proseal) Rudder TE & Rivet Stiffeners

Ryan and I worked through the process of Prosealing the Rudder Trailing Edge. We used a couple of old credit cards (hotel keys actally) to wipe the Prosel onto the TE Wedge. We kept the coat wquite thin, but it was a complete cover. We then went through the process of riveting the Bottom Rib and then pop riveting the stiffeners together. We finished in about an hour. We used two pieces of angle to keep the TE aligned, with 1" Cleco clamps the edge looked very good and straight.

I also installed the spar temporarily to add stiffness to the structure while it drys.

After three days, the Proseal is still not dry...
Temperatures have been about 10-25 degrees Celcius.
MC-236-B1 was purchased from Vans on 9/9/12 so it should have been ok.

At this stage I have added a couple of garage lights to get the temp up a bit more, hoping that will make a difference.
