Started the session by deburring each of the components in the VS skeleton. Two inspar ribs, two nose ribs, the top rib and the forward spar. Using a 1 inch scotchbrite makes the lightening holes very easy, just run around a couple of times does the trick. The wheel wears pretty fast with the thin metal, but it leaves a very good finish. The flange edges, require emery cloth or paper to get into them effectively.
Deburing the VS skeleton components was pretty easy. I ran the spar through the 6 inch scotchbrite wheel and used emery cloth for the inaccessible areas. The others were done with the 1 inch wheel and emery cloth.
