I had one of those moments tonight as I did a great job of measuring, cutting drilling and laying out the nutplates drilling deburring etc. Then I countersunk the wrong sides and had to add the piece to my collection of reminders to concentrate. I then did the same job again and put an order in to Vans for an additional pieceof AA6-062x3/4x3/4. Turned out nicely though so I guess I am sort of happy. I expanded to order with some other angle as well as I know I will need it later on to do attachment points etc. I may have been able to acquire it locally, but more often than not, they are not there after I have driven for a couple of hours to get to them...
