I disassembled all or the forward spar, and deburred everything last night. There were some marks on the flange of the spar that appear to be from the bening process during manufacture. I spent quite a while using scotchbrite pads getting rid of them.
It is pretty much ready to drop into the alodine bath at this stage. I am planning to do a big priming session this weekend with the intent of getting both spars out of the way and riveted before next week.
