I completed the preparations of the Rear Spar today.
Doubler I deburred the doubler using files and emery cloth. Having had issues with getting close to the Ede Distance limits, I am going to reducee my dependency on the scotcbrite wheen and move back to a more traditional approach... At least for a while.
Then I did the match drilling to #30.
Hing attachments These are clecoed onto the spar and match drilled.
Deburr Following that, everything gets marked, disassembled and the drilled holes are deburred.
I used an electric engraver to make a small mark on each piece to mark their orientation and I added sharpie marks on the backs of the hinge brackets numberig from the right.
