This was probably the most difficult (and stressful) job yet. With only millimeters clearance between the tip ribs, allignment was very hard, and the first drill was difficult.
Once drilled, there was some contact with the fiberglass tip on the right side. The fiberglass tip overlapped the rib and with a little trimming, thre is plenty clearance on both sides.
The tip ribs will have to be heated with a heat gun to make them more flush with the tip rib.
