Brief Description: drilled and cleco'd the bottom and top flanges on

Alligned the rib rivet lines to the pilot holes on the elevator bottom. Drilled and cleco'd the bottom ribs on the elevator. Raised the elevator off the table, flipped it over for the top side, alligned, drilled and cleco'd the ribs to the top skin of the elevator.
