Brief Description: Reassembled H-Stab and riveted

Reassembled The Horizontal Stab. Placed Cleco's every third hole. Riveted in between all cleco's. Removed cleco's and riveted remaining holes. Note: Did not rivet the rear spar, as the Elevator hinge will be installed after the Elevator is complete.
