Brief Description: Lined up and clamped doublers front spar
checked for burred holes in spar...there were none
made centerlines on doublers and on front spar.
lined up center of doublers and spar and clamped on
drew end lines at end of doublers, as well as marked two holes
removed clamps and checked for tolerances as per instructions in the photo assembly guide. everything was in spec.
clamped the doublers back on again, supported on 2x4 on their sides, and now ready to drill..they suggest drell a smaller hole first, and then drill the a5 hole for assembly...broke off for tonight because i dont know when they mean for me to drill the larger holes.
