Brief Description: HS-609 & 603 & Hinge Brackets Match Drilling
I match drilled the pre-punched holes used to attach HS-603PP to HS-609PP. I used a #30 reamer because it makes a cleaner hole. The eigth hole from the end has to enlarged to #21 for HS-708 attatchment later. I also match drilled all the elevator hinge brackets #30. The VA-146 bearing was lined up by using a pin punch to center the holes and then I clamped both halves together. I was able to drill all six holes by clecoing the brackets from underneath. Good day in the shop.
