Well the day has finally come where I officially started working on the RV-7. I have not finished working on the practice kit but I thought the date of 1/1/15 would be a great way to start the New Year. It also makes it easy to remember when I began.
The first task is to break the edges of HS-609 PP so that they fit inside HS-603PP flat against the surface. I think using a file will keep the edge more consistent compared to a scotchbrite wheel. I will finish it up on the wheel to make that smooth shiny surface.
