The DRDT-2 is an alternative tool and is used instead of the standard C-Frame for dimpling large skins. It is preferred by many builders who are concered by the noise the C-frame makes. There is some debate on which tool produces the best looking dimples but from the research I have done, it depends on how you set up the DRDT-2. Some people have had less than perfect dimples due to not adjusting for enough pressure.
