Did the final prep on the parts for the Horizontal Stabilizer with the exception of the skins. This included one last pass on the 3M wheel, buffing with the maroon 3M pads, wiping down with naptha and then washing in soapy water. The test pieces seem to be holding well and I had forgotten to wash with soap and water. Also the paint booth was quite helpful to keep the smell of naptha out of the house.
