Finished removing the stab from the jig and riveted the last rib. Installed the first stab tip and found the Rans suggested method of using double sided tape to hold the reinforcing strips on while riveting to be less than ideal. I used JB Weld 5 minute epoxy and lightly glued the strips on. there was nos movement of the strips when they were riveted in. Drilled the second tip and glued the strips in. I will rivet the last tip on tommorrow and the stab will be complete.
