Received the missing parts today. Restarted work on the vertical stabilizer only to discover that some of the rivets were mis-marked. All of the rivets that were bagged as CCPQ-43 (stainless) were in fact AAPQ-43 (aluminum). Some were already installed in the VS spar which we drilled out and will replace when we get the proper rivets. The real problem is that these rivets are also used to attach the rudder horn on our completed rudder! We had to drill out approximatly 100 rivets to get to some of the improper rivets. Set the rudder aside until the rivets get here.
