Brief Description:  Began Wedge Work

Countersunk wedge. Front side looks good. However, as the wedge is too thin to countersink at its thinnest, the back side is jagged. My understanding is that this is common and acceptable. That being said, I am told that the 2nd side works better if you use a slow, electric drill. Also, I scratched-up (scotch pad) the wedge and removed the paint on the interior skins (thinner and scotch pad) so that I could scratch-up the interior skin. Ready for Pro Seal.
