After reviewing the trim tab, it has a warp. After working with the trim tab, the warp is worse. I have decided to re-build the trim tab.
LL: Defer riveting of E-917/E-918 until bends complete Make bending brake with piano hinge and not door hinges (large gap with door hinges) Use square wood for end bends not 2x material. Also, be csreful not to crush TE. Clamp trim tab during spar riveting (top & bottom) and setting ribs. IMPORTANT to avoid WARP
