Riveted counterbalance assembly to spar. The exterior rivets are relatively easy as access to interior is possible. Due to the pre-rolled skin, the rivets which lie in the direction of the counterbalance assembly are near impossible! The only way I could determine to get these rivets is to bend the counterbalance assembly away from the leading edge. Then, you can access both sides. Vans Air Force forums suggest using a 4" yoke or manufacturing your own bucking bar!? I don't like either idea and I think bending the flange is OK as long is it is not done more than once.
