Deburred and final sanded stiffeners. Also, drilled, deburred and dimpled reinforcement plate/access plate at trim servo. Then, we deburred and dimpled skins.
L/L: make sure that you keep the portion of skin which is not being dimpled convex as it is easily dented. Dimpling the interior holes is a two person job!
Dimpled stifffeners. Then, we fluted/flanged the counterbalance ribs, assembled the counterbalance assemblies (ribs and skin) and match drilled the assembly. Finally, we asssembled and match drilled the reinforcement plates to the spars.
