Brief Description:  Finished Trailing Edge on Rudder

Unclecoed angle from trailing edge. Overall, the trailing edge seemed relatively straight. Then, I installed the rivets/rivet tape. Once the rivets were taped down, my wife and I set the rivets. If you follow Van's instructions (start at the middle and alternate sides - every 10th holes then every 5th hole then every 3rd hole and finally every other hole), your chances of curling the trailing edge is minimal. That being said, if you rivet every hole working from one end, I think you will certainly curl the edge. Once the rivets were set, we set the opposite side with the mushroom set. Again, overall, it seems relatively straight.

Shannon and I wrapped the rudder in plastic. I decided to defer the rolling of the leading edge until I have some additional labor. Back to the levators!
