Brief Description: Rivet Skins and Pro Seal Trailing Edge
Riveted rudder skins to structure. Used squeezer. Then, I temporarily attached aluminum angle to bench and drilled holes through aluminum angle purchased at Home Depot (use existing trailing edge holes as guide for angle). Then, we Pro-Sealed the wedge and attached the angle to the rudder in order to ensure a straight trailing edge. The trick here is to make sure the rudder hangs off the bench. In other words, ensure that the trailing edge conforms to the angle and not the workbench. I will give it a couple of days to cure.
