Brief Description: "Fixed" Bent Tab and Riveted Ribs to Skin
Per technical advisor and Van's, it is acceptable to bend back or remove the bent tabs. We attempted to bend back the tab; however, in the process, they broke off. We then riveted the skin to the spar at these locations. As I am a little concerned about the jagged edge of the break, I am going to talk to Van's about the issue. I attempted to sand the area witha dremel, but the access was poor. Also, we riveted the ribs to the skin.
