Drilled and clecoed stiffeners to skins. I was apprehensive about the methodology of attaching the siffeners/skins to the workbench; however, it worked beautifully. Also, I attached and drilled the rudder horn to the main spar, drilled out the 3/8" hole in the main spar (utilized a traditional 3/8" drill bit and not a uni-bit), fabricated R-917 (utilized piece marked AS3-032x1 1/8x40) and radiused the rudder horn to fit the lower rudder rib (this was unclear until I found a build log with a clear photo of the radius created with a sander and scotchbrite wheel). Read and re-read the rudder directions as the scope is complicated and unclear!
