Clecoed hinges and doubler to spar. Then, drilled required #30 holes (make sure you do not drill the holes which are to be drilled with the fuelage!). Prepped ribs by (1) straightening flanges with seamer, (2) fluting flanges between pre-frilled holes and (3) re-straightening flanges with pliers. In order to strighten ribs, I fluted between all pre-drilled holes. Once this operation is complete, I verified that pre-drilled rib holes are straight.
