Began assembly by attaching nose ribs. As the nose ribs fit extremely tight, I sanded the jig openings in hopes of creating room for the skins. However, this did not aid the situation. Alas, I called my lifeline (Dad). He told me that sanding the jigs would not help the tight fitting ribs. In fact, he further explained that the nose ribs are designed to fit tight. As such, he suggested the use of a discriminant amout of force in combination with "prying" the nose rib with a cleco. Once the nose ribs were complete, I installed the front spar, the manin ribs and the rear spar. Note that the spar/ribs are attached with the 1/8" clecos (bronze) while the skin is attached with the 3/32" clecos (silver). Also, utilize your markings to ensure that the spars/ribs are in the appropriate locations.
