Cut jigs with band saw. Then, attached jigs to 2x4s which are attached to 3/4" plywood. The jig assemblies are clamped to the work bench. Additionally, I inserted the right skin in the jigs. However, prior to inserting the skin, I test fit the jig on the skin which resulted in an oil-can situation! Not good. Always inert skins into a pair of jigs. That being said, according to my father, this is not a huge deal as it will most likely not be noticeable. If it is noticeable, the dent can be fixed with bondo prior to painting.
