Made/drilled the aluminum angles which caused my brain to melt! The aluminum angles are difficult as you are cutting a 3-D shape from a 2-D drawing. Also, drilled rear spar doubler and elevator hinges, Finally, after making the shims for the inboard ribs, we prepped (flange, seam, deburr edges with grinder, deburr small holes with speed tool and deburr large holes with royal tool) the horizontal stabilizer ribs and clecoed them to the front spar. From the means and methods department, don't forget to mark your pieces for re-assembly. Ready to drill the ribs!
Tool note: the grinder, drill press and band saw are mandatory power tools for the RV.
