I finished installing the last of the radiator levers. The final mount is very difficult to access and I wanted to install 4mm washers on the rivet tails so I was not pulling on the fibreglass. I decided to drill a 12mm hole beside the lever which allows me to access the 5mm screw and some chance of installing the 4mm washers. After a few very tricky moments ( and colorful language) I managed to get the washers installed. With the aid of a dental mirror and an inspection camera I was able to confirm all rivets and washers are set OK. I have installed a blanking grommet in the 12mm hole, now painting is required.
