The control arm of the elevator GSA28 was touching the " Stop Bracket Kit "on the servo before contacting the evelator forward and aft stops. The " Stop Bracket Kit " is not designed to be the elevator forward and aft limits. The aileron control arm is well short of the " Stop Bracket Kit " limits when the aileron stops are contacted. I removed 3-4mm off each side of the GSA28 " Stop Bracket Kit " and the elevator stops are now the limit, not the " Stop Bracket Kit ".
