The mount for the G3X and GPS 20A antenna's makes it difficult to work on the wiring behind the engine. The factory rivets this mount to the firewall. I decided it makes more sense to have it rivnuted so it is easily removed for better access behind the engine when working on the wiring. I opened up the holes in the mount and firewall to install 4mm rivnuts, which are more user friendly.
