Brief Description:  GDL50R

I have ordered a Garmin GDL50R to allow ADS-B In, which will display on the G3X traffic page.
I should have purchased a GTX45R in the first place.
I spent the past couple of days ensuring I understood which port and pins the GDL 50R will be connected. ( MFD port # 4 GDU 460 pins 23.40 Gnd Signal pin 27 )
I had the GPS signal repeater connected in the build shed to get a GPS signal and I noticed the heading on the G3X was slowly changing.
I was hoping it was the limitations of the signal repeater.
I decided to move the aircraft outside side to allow the aircraft GPS antennas to pickup the GPS signal.
The strong GPS signal was picked up straight away and the heading stayed accurate without change for about one hour, so all is good.
I also confirmed that the brakes are working very well, no need for chocks today.
