Spent three hours today working with Richard M ( paint man ) masking and wiping down aircraft. The aircraft is ready for an etch primer on aluminum surfaces only. Then a primer over all surfaces, followed by top coat and strips. We have put the aircraft on three blocks of wood to raise it 300 mm to make it easier to paint underneath. It also makes painting the undercarriage legs much easier.
