I was contacted by a Sling4 builder, he was concerned about his throttle cables. His throttle cables were tending to bow when the throttle was moved. I inspected my throttle assembly and noticed that the "Bolt bush for throttle cable " were both very tight.( Could not rotate in the throttle push-pull link ) This would cause the cables to bow as the throttle setting was changed, as the bolt bushes were not rotating. I removed the bolt bushes from the " Throttle push-pull links " and used some emery paper on both " Throttle push-pull links " to free up the bolt bushes. Both bolt bushes now rotate as the throttle setting is changed, much better than it was previously, this should stop the cables bowing.
