I had to order AN-10A bolts for the elevator hinges as I was supplied with AN-11A bolts. I only had three AN-10A bolts which are used on the vertical stab. It's a little tricky installing the washers and bolts on the elevator hinges, AEC gave me a hand which was a great help, thank you. BDH gave me some good advise to install the bolts from underneath, so if I damaged any paint work it would be on the bottom of the elevator out of sight. Using tape and a lot of patience I managed to install the bolts and washers without any damage to the paint work. There is a note in the TAF maintance manual, which says, the middle hinge bolts are installed with the head of the bolts facing inwards. ( much easier to install that way.)
