Brief Description:  Fuel Tank Calibration.

The past couple of days I have been busy doing the fuel tank calibration.
KSC gave me a hand and we did not get off to a very good start.
The sender was not sending voltage changes as we added fuel to the tank.
We were adding fuel in five litre increments and the voltage indication was not changing.
I initially thought I had a stuck sender, so we continued to add fuel so we could make a dip stick.
The fuel tank holds 84 usable litres of fuel, so we calibrated a dip stick up to 80 litres in 5 litre increments from 35 litres.
The fuel tank holds 33 litres of fuel when fuel can first be seen through the filled cap and the dip stick first touches fuel.
We then drained the fuel tank and started on the opposite side fuel tank and we had the same problem with the fuel sender not indicating a voltage change.
That's when I realised there maybe an issue with the wiring.
TAF made my wiring loom that included the fuel sender wiring.
I started again today, adding fuel to the left tank and monitored the right tank configuration page and you guessed it, the voltage reading changed on the opposite tank.
Again with the help from KSC I removed the J244 plug from the GEA24 and swapped pin 6 & 9 and the fuel senders are now working as advertised.
We completed the fuel calibration and I have drained both tanks ready for connecting the fuel supply and return hoses.
