We decided the cover strip was not sitting flush all the way around the join. JAC and I removed the cover and drilled an extra 15 holes in the cover and then the canopy. The cover sits much better now, I'm just 16 screws short. ( I was one screw short from the start ) I can not imagine why this build is taking me such a long time???
