I was busy leading up to Christmas and the New Year break, we had the family staying with us for 7-10 days. I had a 10 AWG ground wire from the ground bus to the negative battery terminal. TAF build manual calls for a12 AWG wire, which I had increased to a10 AWG wire. After talking to BDH and taking his advice I start to replace the 10 AWG wire with a much heavier 6 AWG wire. I had not yet installed a ground to the airframe wire, so I have incorporated it into the replacement wiring. I removed the forth 4mm rivet down on the battery box, then drilled it to a M6 hole and installed a M6 grounding bolt. I have the three connectors to grounding bolt, being, ground bus to ground bolt, engine block to ground bolt and the ground bolt to negative battery terminal. I will be working on the wiring again tomorrow.
